Kevin began his insurance career in 1992 with Abercrombie Burns McKiernan Insurance, Inc. upon graduating from Loyola University Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Psychology.
In his role as President/CEO, Kevin is responsible for the day to day activities of the personal and commercial lines departments.
Kevin is recognized as an insurance professional holding the designations of CIC, Certified Insurance Counselor and CPIA, Certified Professional Insurance Agent. He is currently working on his CPRM designation Certified Personal Risk Manager. He has served on the Independent Agency Council for the Kemper Insurance Companies and currently serves on the Professional Agents (PIA) Board of Directors for the State of Connecticut. He was the recipient of the “40 under 40” award in 2006 from the Fairfield County Business Journal.
Kevin is actively involved in the community. He has served on the Executive Board of the Darien Chamber of Commerce. He is also very active within the Wilton Community coaching youth basketball and football. Kevin resides in Wilton with his wife, Kerry and three sons, Jimmy, Tommy and Liam.
